Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Dupe Zappa is digital Windows software delivered electronically. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer, withdrawal, or warranty rights.
Purchase channel determines the refund route

Statutory withdrawal rights
Where applicable law grants a right to withdraw from a distance contract, the statutory period and conditions apply. Consumers in the European Union generally have 14 days from conclusion of a digital content contract to withdraw unless a statutory exception applies.
For digital content supplied immediately, the withdrawal right may end once supply begins if the consumer expressly requested performance before the withdrawal period expired, acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and received the legally required confirmation. The checkout and receipt record whether these conditions were met. If they were not met, statutory rights remain in force.
Defective or misdescribed software
Withdrawal and change-of-mind rules are separate from statutory rights when software is defective, not as described, or not supplied. Contact support so that the issue can be investigated and the legally required remedy can be provided. Nothing in this policy makes a refund the only available statutory remedy.
How to request help or exercise a right
For a direct website purchase, email support@merginit.com or use the support link in the Lemon Squeezy receipt. Include:
- the email address used for the order;
- the order number;
- the purchase date;
- the reason for the request, where relevant to the remedy; and
- a description of any technical problem.
A withdrawal statement does not require special wording. You may write:
I hereby withdraw from my contract for Dupe Zappa. Order number: [order number]. Ordered on: [date]. Order email: [email]. Name: [name]. Date of request: [date].
One-time purchase and licence effect
A direct Dupe Zappa licence is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is no recurring plan to cancel. If a direct purchase is fully refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the licence key and its activations may be disabled.
Duplicate orders, fraud, and processing
Duplicate purchases, suspected fraud, payment disputes, and abuse may require verification. This does not restrict mandatory rights. Refund timing depends on the Merchant of Record, payment method, and financial institution. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms also apply to direct purchase transactions.
